i wanna follow solar eclipses too..where and when is then next one, anyone wanna go to Kenya for my birthday this year?
now for something that has nothing to do with solar eclipses, or the title for that matter.
nothing is ever easy.
thats one thing i'm still trying to grasp. that, and the fact that
we can't all be good at everything.
for example: i am not good with technology, i never was and i never will be, and it's at the point where i need to embrace this disability and ask for help when i need it. unfortunately for me(and the rest of this house) i came to this realization a little too late... i managed to break the cable in the beach house i am staying in with part of my dad's side of the family(15 of us) i'm not looking forward to morning when they all wake up to see the cable does not work any more...
cable aside, there is something more important i would like to discuss. like all our family reunions the "Big Debate" came up today at dinner. it was just a matter of time.. the question of Sam's or Costco? according to my grandmother "Wegmans and Costco were at the top of Consumer Reports list of the best grocery stores." and when asked where Sam's was, her response was "it didn't EVEN make the list." haha then the facts were laid out:
-Costco has better meats
-Sam's has better fish
-Costco has better samples
-Sam's has cheaper prices in general
-Costco boxes the things you buy for you
then i tuned out for a while... bc well me and my cousins took a handle of firefly with a wii and after three games of bowling and some tennis and boxing i came back to the same discussion..
at which point i hear that:
-the membership at Sam's is cheaper
-but there is more of a variety at Costco
-yea, but the return policy at Sam's is better.
-etc. etc. etc.
eventually, as always, they decide to agree to disagree.. well.. that is until the next family reunion, you can be sure of that.
